• Professional data — qualifications, degree/diploma certificates, institution and course details, registration number and category of practice.
• Application data — documents, declarations and fees submitted for registration, renewal, recognition or grievance.
• Website data — information you enter in the enquiry or verification forms, and limited technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed) collected automatically.
